Welcome To The Team: Phil Taylor

At Elevate Group, we like to focus on bringing our best team to the table when you need help elevating generosity at your organization.

We are very excited to have Phil Taylor joining the Elevate Group team today as Lead Consultant. Phil brings with him a long career full of knowledge in leading, coaching, and teaching pastors all over the country.

Phil’s life mission is to help bring vision into reality. He’s spent 20 years serving the local church in Executive and Lead Pastor roles of all sizes while simultaneously serving Pastors around the country through leading cohorts, individual coaching and teaching at conferences. He is the author of Defining The Executive Pastor Role and Eldership Development: From Application to Affirmation.

A graduate of Cairn University and Dallas Theological Seminary, Phil lives in his Florida with his wife, three teenagers and two cats. When there is free time, you’ll find him on a kayak, running long distances on his favorite trails, or touring one of Orlando’s many theme parks.
