Our team of specialists will guide you through every step of the journey and design a pathway that gets you and your team where you want to go. Our data experts will help you understand your current giving and giving potential. Our communications specialists will ensure that all of the messages sent to your congregation are effective and in your own unique voice. Other seasoned Elevate Group specialists will focus on your small groups and student and children’s ministry to ensure that your entire ministry is in alignment and moving in the right direction. We know there isn’t a single approach that will work for every church, but there is a perfect pathway for your church and we will help you design it.

Deliver

 

Deliver the results needed to accomplish the vision. It is the job of the leader to acquire the resources needed to accomplish the mission. The Elevate Group will help you as you lead your people and call them to step up to greater levels of commitment, resulting in the financial resources needed to fund the important work of your ministry.

We do this by focusing on two big ideas. First, our team will help you execute proven strategies that will dramatically increase the level of engagement among your congregation.  The more your people are engaged in the process, the more likely they will respond to an invitation to give generously. That leads to the second big idea. We believe it is critical that the leaders of your church lean into what we call “the ministry of asking”. We will equip your team to invite your people to prayerfully consider how the Lord wants them to respond to the invitation to give. This is not fundraising, it’s ministry. It’s biblical. It’s discipleship.
